Elevator

Elevator may be used for relocation, but only for short periods, as some residents have difficulty in walking and depend on the elevator at the parking lot to get in and out of the building.

Mailbox

You can make a name for your own mailbox yourself according to current rules or ask the board for this – see more under Moving.

Radiator

The owners of the individual leases are responsible for the maintenance of the radiators. This involves venting at regular intervals.

There is a squeaky noise from my radiator. What do I do?

SMS-Service

Sign up for SMS service to get information from the owners association concerning issues with water, heating, elevator, etc.

Sub-let

Sub-let of leases is only allowed with the approval of the board. See articles of association – if these are missing in the apartment, please contact the board.

Waste

If you do not have the opportunity to drive to the recycling site with your waste, you can use Aalborg Forsyning’s ordering for free collection. Read more here

Water

Acute closure due to water damage or other, contact the board.
The board is responsible for sending out service.
When closing for other reasons, see under news regarding rules for closing water.

Windows and doors

A written permission from the board is required when replacing windows and doors!

Paint for doors is available for free – please contact the board. See also section under “Renovation – Windows, doors and façade“.

Yard – Bar

Contact the board to open the bar to the yard at least 2 days in advance. See more under Moving.
