The Yard
Grill:
In the yard there is a grill for common use for all residents on Sofievej 40-246. Please remember to:
- Clean the grill
- Put the grill cover on when the grill has cooled down!

Table/bench set:
In the yard there are several table/bench sets for free use for all residents on Sofievej 40-246. Remember to clean up after yourselves.
Playground:
The playground in the yard has been removed due to safety. Work is in progress for a new one.
Hobby room
The hobby room next to the laundry room in the basement is open to all residents. Noisy work may only take place according to noise regulations. Please clean up and sweep the floor after use – bring your own broom.
Projects, materials, etc. may only be left with a note stating the owner’s:
- Name
- Apartment No. or phone No.
- Expected end date
Otherwise, there is a risk that things will be thrown out. All storage is at your own risk.
Laundry room, drying room/area
Booking:
In the laundry room you will find a board on which you can reserve the washing machine with a small padlock. The reservation applies to both washers and dryers. You can reserve 1.5 hours at a time. If you need more time, two consecutive slots can be reserved.
A maximum of two slots may be reserved at a time, however not more than 14 days in advance. Padlocks must be removed after washing.
Washing:
Do not use detergents in the machine, as this will block the heating element.
Under no circumstances should clothes be dyed in the machine!
The tubs placed in the laundry room are not be removed from the room.
The windows must be closed and the door locked.
Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed in the laundry room without adult supervision.
Drying:
The drying room is located closest to the parking lot and does not follow the washing times. It is recommended that you only hang larger items. Minor things can be hung on drying racks, which can be placed in the drying room. The drying room must be kept locked for insurance purposes.
Behind the garages there is a drying area for free use.
All washing and drying is at your own risk.
Tokens for washing:
Tokens for laundry can be purchased from the board by putting money in a bag/envelope marked with your name and flat No. in the board’s mailbox.
A maximum of DKK 100 is exchanged at a time.
Moped, bicycle and pram rooms
The room in the passage (opposite the mailboxes) is reserved for bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles and scooters. The engine must not be started in the passage.
Mopeds, motorcycles and scooters must not be used or parked in the yard or basement.
Bicycles may be used in the yard, but must be placed in the specially designed bicycle racks. In addition, bicycles can be parked in the bicycle racks in the car park or in the basement.
In the basement, there is a room for prams closest to the parking lot.
Parking
Parking regulations
In the car parks on Sofievej 40-246, the following rules apply and from 04.10.2021, violation of these may result in a parking fee.
- Parking is only allowed in the marked parking bays.
- You may park for 30 minutes at the loading/unloading area using the parking disc. Afterwards, it is illegal parking.
- It is not allowed to park in the west wing parking lot on the last Friday of the month in the period June to October from 8.00 to 14.00.
- P-license is not required.
When observing illegal parking, you can call the parking attendant on tel. 36 41 00 19 (follow instructions).
Other information about parking
You may park your trailer behind the free-standing garages, however, it is only allowed to park a trailer with 1 axle and a total weight of max. 750 kg.
It is permitted to park a trailer/caravan, multi-axle and over 750 kg, in a bay for 24 hours, after which it must be removed.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. may not be parked on the grass areas.
If this occurs, the owners’ association can demand that the owner of the vehicles pays for any repairs.
