What to do when moving:

  1. Read electricity meter:
    • Contact your electricity supplier

      (The property has remote reading, which generally means that you don’t have to be home.)
  3. Contact our real estate administrator with your new address.
  4. Contact Eniig for closing/opening of internet (fiber).

  5. Contact the board to remove/change the name on your mailbox.
    • Write a message to the board in Flatcom or leave a note in the mailbox belonging to the association of house owners with name and apartment number.
    • If you want to change the name of the mailbox yourself, it is important to use the font Comic Sans MS in size 20, all letters must be written in bold and italics.
  6. Remove your bikes, prams, etc. if any.
  7. Unsubscribe SMS/text information here.

Further information when moving

The property has elevator, which can be used when moving.
When using the elevator at the parking lot, the space for loading/unloading may be used – NB: Parking in front of the garages is prohibited!

The bar to the yard

The bar to the yard can be opened upon request to the administrator or board, this must be done in due time (at least two days in advance).
Vehicles 3500+ kg will not be permitted (moving trucks, etc.)
Do not drive outside the paved areas. Any damage will be charged to the occupier.

Opening of the bar to the inner yard must be requested with a minimum of 2 days notice. Please state:

– Address
– Telephone number
– Date and time
