Windows, doors and façade

This page will be updated with more information about the type of windows that are allowed. If you need to change windows, contact the board for a written permission.

Windows

From the ground floor to the 3rd floor, new windows must be made of wood/aluminium for increased durability.
It is important that the windows are still in the right model with the right design.
New windows facing corridors must not open outwards.
Contact the board before replacement for approval and for specific model.

Doors

From the ground floor to the 3rd floor, new doors must be made of wood/aluminium for increased durability.
Doors must not open outwards towards the corridors.
Contact the board before replacement for approval.

Paint/color

Painting of windows and doors is the responsibility of the owner.
The owners’ association does not provide paint.
Painting of the façade is the responsibility of the owners’ association.

From the ground floor to the 2nd floor, windows must be painted gray with the color RAL 7038.
The doors on all floors must be slate grey with the color RAL 7015.

After the next round of painting, color and type of paint must be the same throughout the building. Contact the board for further information.
